Due to technical changes, we would like to ask you to pre-order forms such as prescriptions, medical referrals, health insurance certificates, prescriptions for medical remedies, etc., which you require on Fridays, by 12 noon on the day before (Thursday). These documents can then be picked up until 11:30 a.m. on Friday.

Since 01.09.2019, we offer you the open consultation hours according to the Appointment Service and Care Act.

The open consultation hours can be visited without an appointment and/or medical referral for acute cases.

Attention: This excludes check-up appointments and other plannable treatments!

In order to ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to call us in advance.

We also ask for your understanding that the open consultation hours are reserved for patients with urgent acute medical complaints.
